I dropped my 2003 Lexus off due to the trac light coming on. As usual Don and staff put the car through diagnostics. After performing several test the light went out. Don was unable to verify the exact reason the light came on. As a result he waived the normal charge of $150 for the service. Very classy

Tri-Valley Automotive is the only place I take my cars. It is tough to find a really good mechanic that you can trust and charges a fair price. Don and his team really hit on all cylinder. Just got the Miata and had Don look the car over and change the oil. Needs a Timing Belt and Tri-Valley will defintely do the work.

I have been to several auto places trying to get help with the care issues I was having. What Tri-Valley Automotive said about my car made the most sense so far given the issues I am having with my car. The recommended solution was reasonably priced. Thanks!

Yet another great experience with Tri Valley. A complicated module issue on my '95 Mark VIII, a notoriously fussy car to detect , done efficiently and on time. No surprises. Thanks guys.

When my car gave out I spoke to Mike and he made everything go by easily, I was afraid of dealing with the aftermarket warranty company I got from Carmax but everything ended up being taken care of. Dropped my car off and picked it up without issues, I was informed when they were going to look at it, what they found and that the warranty will cover it and when it was ready. I will be using Tri-Valley again when I need repairs and significant maintenance work.

I brought my car in for the first time to diagnose an issue with my Volvo S-40 and get an oil change. They took me in right away and fixed it over night. The work was well done. Oil change was a little pricey, but worth it for the great service and quick turn. I'll definitely come back to Tri-Valley if (when) I need repairs in the future.
