First time receiving service at TRI-VALLEY Automotive, Don was very professional and friendly. Gave me a quick estimate for a 60,000 mile service. Service was complete in about 4 1/2 hours. Everything was easy and I left feeling that the job was well done. Nice to do business with a honest and caring business owner. I will see you on my vehicles next maintenance interval.

Great Job, saved over half of what dealer would have charged.

Although I paid a little bit more than I had anticipated to pay to have my brakes and front rotors replaced, so far it's been totally worth it. I am extremely satisfied with the results. My car feels and drives the way it did when I first drove it off the car lot six years ago. The power steering is much smoother and I can finally turn my steering wheel with ease. No more wrist pain.

I took my car in for an oil change and asked Don to also check my brakes. He did the 30-point check with my oil change and gave me HONEST feedback, telling me my brakes did not need to be changed yet. I appreciated how thorough he was and that he didn't tell me to change my brakes just to charge me more money, as many auto repair shops tend to do. I am definitely going back next time my car needs work done!
