Great work at a Fantastic price. I can't say enough of their work on my Nissan Titan. Although the work ending up requiring more labor hours, they still charged me only for the original quote. I appreciate a mechanic shop that keeps to their word.

I was very happy with my experience with Don Tupper, I would recommend his shop.

I found Tri-Valleys Automotive online and decided to give them a call as they were located nearby. I needed a full exhaust to be changed back to stock as it had been modified. The owner Don was great, he was friendly and very professional. Before giving me a quote he checked what would be involved and how long it would take. The quote provided was exactly what I was charged for the job, so no surprises when I had to pay. The job was completed within the time frame and I was called on completion. Very fair and honest service. It turns out, my car didn't even need to be serviced and, after a thorough inspection, they were honest enough to tell me so. They could have easily told me I needed what I thought I needed (a brake job) and performed the service. But they didn't and actually charged me nothing for a complete car inspection. Quite refreshing to see that kind of integrity from a shop like this.

Don went through every item of work that was going to be performed on my car. The work done was excellent and my car is now back in mint condition!
