I was referred to Don and Tri Valley Automotive by a friend of mine who has been going to him for years. I took both my vehicles to him for service a Dodge Durango and a Chrysler 300. What was great about Don is that he explained exactly what was going on with the car and also why you would need/want to get certain repairs done now or later. I can honestly say that I will never go to another mechanic now that I have found Tri Valley Automotive. Don and his guy Ted are very cool and will give it to you straight. I highly recommend them.

Took my pointiac in to tri-valley for 90k service. The car was running rough and stops the idle was bad. All that is gone now and the car runs great! they got it all done in one day so it was ready for the weekend Thanks Tri-Valley Auto :)

I met Don through a car forum, and when my car's differential and axle broke, Don was the first guy I turned to. I really appreciate that Don took the time to patiently problem solve what was wrong, and in the end, I'm very satisfied with the work done on my car. Essentially, Don was able to help me determine the parts I needed to acquire differentials and axles are $$$ brand-new, so it helps to go search for used parts. Plus I learned more things about my car! But even though I acquired the parts Don and I agreed on, my car wasn't cooperating old car so a lot of parts were seized, or to get them out would mean breaking other parts...Other shops would've gone ahead and said It needed to be done..., but Don didn't. He took the time to figure out what the essential parts that needed to be fixed were, and changed parts accordingly! Overall, I will definitely come back if I need a professional to work on my car.

Been to various auto shops in town and finally found an honest business. They were on target with the problems, acurate with estimate completion, did not add any additional pitches for extra services. I shall return....

I brought my Mazda in last week for Tune Up, Oil Change and Air Conditioning recharge. Tri-Valley Auto had my car in and out within a day and did a terrific job. The air conditioner has new life in it, I am ready for summer now. I will be back, Thanks :-)

I went to Tri-Valley after finding out (from another company) my serpentine belt needing replacing. The did an inspection of my vehicle and saw that my water pump also needed replacing since it was leaking. The showed me my old water pump and serpentine belt, did the work quickly and to satisfaction. I plan on using them for future needs.

From routine maintenance to major repair, Don targets vehicle problems and fixes what's priority. He has replaced my Toyota clutch, excellent work and other repairs but most importantly, he will not perform unnecessary work if its not needed. He makes sure it's done right the first time and will not hesitate to recheck or do a follow-up if there are concerns. He's very good in customer service and satisfaction. I appreciate the professionalism overall!

I received professional service yesterday when I took my 2004 Isuzu to the shop. There was a quick analysis as to the problem, and I got my car back in a timly fashion, including recommendations as to what to do if the problem presist. thanks, Looking forward to the future. Katie Couvson.
