Took my car in because it was running hot at the same time had oil changed. Later took car home and within 20 mins realized the problem was not fixed..car running hot. Called Don and was informed my issue was a "borderline" problem. He stumbled around offered no solutions, told me he would call me back after he "thought about it" ...never heard from him again. Took it to Caspian Auto...who did a thorough diagnostic and replaced the radiator...Problem solved. Also discovered that Tri Valleys 27 point oil change did not include checking window washer fluid cause it was empty nor changing mileage sticker...he corrected both errors.

I'd recommend Don. Very good customer service and provided updates throughout the day. After I received the quote by phone, the car was ready in less than 3 hours. Will bring my car here again and tell my friends in the office.

A good car repair place is very hard to find. I am very glad I found Don. Don was very upfront about what he was going to do. He had a update for me in two hours with what was wrong and what all was required. Quote was reasonable right away. Did not need to haggle and worry. Car was ready end of the day as promised.

Quick turn around, ac works great now, and price was as quoted.

Great service, reasonable pricing and good communication. I originally went to Dublin Chevrolet to have my Tahoe looked at. This cost me $160 just to get my car diagnosed and a quote to fix the air conditioner for close to $700. The communication was so poor by the 'service rep' I asked for a manager who gave me the same runaround. Complete waste of time and money. I called Tri-Valley and spoke with Don. He got me in the next day, took care of my air conditioner, oil change, 30-point inspection, changed the air filter, all for a third of the cost. And he called me like he said he would. I'll never go to Dublin Chevrolet for service again, not when I can go to Tri-Valley Automotive. Seriously, a no brainer.
