We found the shop using Google. I didn't read any reviews...I just needed a shop which was available that afternoon. I was leaving town and needed to get my car window fixed. (my mom is actually the person who found the shop online). She spoke with a young lady named Ally who said that we could bring in the car for them to take a look at it. She told me that Ally sounded very nice on the phone and that she would be able to help us out. I brought in my car and it took about 2 hours for them to complete the repairs. This was exactly what they told me initially. I was very pleased by the service and the professionalism that I found at the shop. Ally really seem to know her stuff and Gary was the technician who worked on my car. I would recommend this autoshop to my friends and plan on coming back if I need any more assistance.

They are efficient, knowledgeable, reasonably priced, transparent, and genuinely nice people to work with. I really appreciate their digital reports of their assessments, showing pictures of the parts investigated and that need attention.

My 2008 Subaru Legacy was serviced professionally and was available on time. No issues with the inside having footprints nor any grease left on the outside of the car. Additionally, the 50+ point service uncovered several potential problems before they became a crippling issue.

Seriously, one of the best customer service experiences I've ever had from an automotive repair shop. I live in Antioch, broke down in my 07 mini cooper in San Mateo. Called around for prices on this side of the bay. Had my car towed there, come to find out a few major item damaged. Staff was welcoming, friendly. They promptly ordered new parts, kept in contact with me about prices up or down, and should have my car back shortly. For the first time I feel confident in this shop[, not the uneasy feeling that another car shop screwed me over. 5 Stars all the way. Thanks Tri-Valley!!
